Tom Morton is the Manager of Governmental and Public Affairs for ProLiance Energy, a position he has held for six years.  At ProLiance, he oversees the company’s community affairs programs, including the support of various community organizations and the company’s volunteer efforts. Tom previously served as Deputy Director of the Indiana Association of Cities and Towns, as the Town Manager of Chandler, Indiana and has also been a member of the adjunct faculty at IUPUI. He earned both a Bachelor’s and a Master’s degree in Public Administration from Indiana University. Tom has been a member of the Corporate Volunteer Council for five years. He currently serves as its Vice President of Programming and is the President Elect for 2011.
Media Oakes is a Manager in the Corporate Communications division for CNO Financial Group, Inc., a position she has held for three years.  At CNO, she oversees the company’s community relations programs, including the support of various community organizations and the company’s extensive employee volunteer program, Team CNO.  Media previously served as the Community Outreach Coordinator of Indianapolis Animal Care and Control, the largest animal shelter in the state of Indiana. Prior to that, she was the Public Affairs Director at the Indiana Bureau of Motor Vehicles.  She earned a Bachelor’s degree in Public Relations and Marketing from Ball State University, and has the designation of Fellow, Life Management
Institute from the Life Office Management Association. Media has been a member of the Corporate Volunteer Council for two years and currently serves as its Vice President of Programming. Media has spent time volunteering with dozens of organizations, and sits on the NPower Indiana Board of Advisors. She works extensively with the Jefferson Awards for Public Service and manages CNO’s relationships with non-profit organizations throughout Central Indiana.
Jennifer Newby is the Director of Business Development for Indiana Members Credit Union, a local credit union serving over 110,000 members.  She oversees marketing, public relations and business development initiatives for IMCU.  Jennifer previously worked as a Business Development Officer and has been with IMCU for 6 years.  She enjoys volunteering in the community and currently works with BackPack Attack and the Indiana Members Foundation. She earned her Bachelor’s degree at the University of Toledo.  Jennifer has been a member of the Corporate Volunteer Council for 2 years and is currently serving as the Secretary for 2011.
Lisa Chilcote is a vice president and the cash manager of the Federal Home Loan Bank of Indianapolis, where she has been employed for 26 years.  Lisa manages the cash management area, which includes wire transfers and security safekeeping for the bank and its over 400 financial institution members.  Lisa earned a B.S. in finance from Indiana University.  She has served as a member of the bank’s C.A.R.E. Committee.  This group of employees is charged with the responsibility for promoting workplace volunteerism and encouraging all employees to become involved in their communities by lending voluntary support to organizations involved in affordable housing, financial literacy, health-care, families with special needs, and others.  She currently serves as an Executive Member for the CVC.
